I stayed in Arizona after graduating from ASU--married for 33 years, my husband and I are self-employed. We have owned and operated a small breakfast and lunch cafe for the last 25 years. We have a small coffee cake business, which keeps us busy at the holidays. The signature cake is an old N.J. recipe that I grew up with. It is popular out here in the desert, especially with all the east coast transplants who find their way out here!!!! We have a website for the coffee cake: daybreakcoffeecake.com AND.....We have one incredible 27 year old daughter who just finished her first Ironman competition.
