Jaime is LHS's Peruvian import who is bound to build a totally electronic automobile --- "logico, no?" . . . as a member of the Peruvian/American Council for Educational Exchange, he divides his time between transmitting and transmissions . . . "after all, Mr. Gorelick, what's a South American supposed to know about Spanish grammar?" . . . Jaime's United States experiences will serve as the foundation for a prosperous career in architecture.
